The Development Process

Initial consultation:
We meet with you in order to fully
understand the project, including its scope and
requirements. After this meeting, Kuposoft
examines possible solutions and constructs a
proposal for you of how we will
approach and solve the problem.

Proposal and agreement:
We present a detailed proposal to you
for the project. The technologies
and development strategies involved will be
explained and discussed with the project
stakeholders. Once we have agreed with you
on the proposal, work begins immediately.

Implementation:
During implementation of the project,
we regularly present milestones to you.
This serves a dual purpose: to
demonstrate progress and to solicit
real-time feedback regarding the project. The
communication lines remain open until the
project is finished and you are
satisfied.

Testing and tuning:
Writing code is not all there is to developing
a robust and business-ready product. Kuposoft is proud
